OTA channel management (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
Dynamic pricing strategy
Reservation management
Digital presence optimization
Property distribution consulting

3. Partner Obligations

As a property partner, you agree to:

Provide accurate property information
Maintain property standards as described
Honor bookings made through our channels
Respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Commission & Fees

Our service fees are calculated as a percentage of net revenue after OTA commissions and taxes. Specific rates and payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

5. Booking & Reservation

All bookings are managed through our centralized system
Overbooking is prohibited and remains the partner's responsibility
Cancellation policies follow individual OTA terms
Guest communication must be maintained throughout the stay

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Lokalua or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lokalua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the partner in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due and all active bookings must be honored.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bali, Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
